3 Tips for Getting the BEST Rent Prices on your Investment Property.
Tip 1: Professionally edited photos. Get your Property Manager to organise professional (or professionally edited) photos. It’s not enough to use the photos you took on your phone when you first bought the house. It’s a tougher market out there, and you want to attract the best tenants with the best photos.
Tip 2: Floorplans. Since COVID hit, more and more tenants are leasing properties without actually inspecting them in person (if Covid makes a return which we hope it doesn’t, but this will mean we are back to using these wizard tools to help lease our properties). Make sure your Property Manager includes a floorplan in your advertising. Trust me, it helps SO MUCH!
Tip 3: Video Tours. Whether it’s a 3D tour, or a video inspection, make sure your Property Manager include some type of video tour. It’s possible that your property will sit vacant much longer if you don’t have one, so get it as part of your advertising package!
