When I started Property Wise Launceston, my vision was simple. I wanted to create a property management business where people felt genuinely looked after. A place where landlords knew their investment was in safe hands, tenants felt respected, and every interaction was built on honesty, kindness and trust.

Over the years, that vision has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of.

Today, Property Wise is more than just a property management agency. We’re a team of passionate professionals who genuinely care about the people we work with and the homes we manage. Every member of our team brings their own strengths, experience and personality, but we all share the same commitment to delivering exceptional service with a personal touch.

As our business has grown, so has our team. We’ve welcomed new faces, embraced new ideas and continued to evolve, while staying true to the values that have always guided us. We believe in being approachable, proactive and supportive, because property management isn’t just about properties. It’s about people.

These new team photos represent an exciting chapter for us. They capture who we are today: a close-knit team that enjoys working together, celebrates each other’s successes and supports one another through every challenge. We believe that a positive workplace creates a better experience for our clients, and we hope that comes across in every conversation, every inspection and every property we manage.

Meet Alfie, our much-loved office dachshund and resident morale booster. Whether he’s greeting visitors, supervising meetings or simply brightening everyone’s day, Alfie is a reminder that while we’re serious about property management, we also believe work should be enjoyable.
